About This Project

We worked closely with the central marketing team of world-leading chemical company BASF to set about scoping existing processes and infrastructure. This allowed us to fully understand their requirements and make sound recommendations.


We proposed a centralised production model across all media disciplines and encouraged a collaborative relationship with BASF’s lead creative agency.


Having identified the need, we implemented a Digital Asset Management platform that allowed us to collate all new and existing BASF advertising collateral into one central hub, backed up with cohesive metadata. BASF colleagues and agency partners across the globe were given full training and access to the tool.


We are now responsible for the delivery of BASF’s global advertising campaigns across 19 countries which has seen us working across many, media types including TV, digital, press and outdoor. Our centralised production model and simplified pricing matrix allowed us to offer BASF a year-on-year saving of 30% in terms of production cost, whilst maintaining quality control and high quality output.
